Hotel Policies for FIFA 2026

From June 10th 2026 - July 11th 2026

This policy applies for the event of FIFA World Cup 2026 and applicable for the period from June 10th 2026 – July 11th 2026

Guaranteed Reservation, Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In

  • Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM.
  • Early check-in is subject to availability and offered between 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM for an additional $39 +tax.
  • Guests arriving before 3:00 PM are welcome to check with the Front Desk for availability.
To confirm your reservation, the following are required at check-in:
  • A valid government-issued photo ID from primary guest
     (passport or driver’s license only).
  • A valid major bank-issued credit card under the primary guest’s name.

For security purposes, the name on the reservation must exactly match the name on the credit card.

Deposits & Payment

  • A $500 incidental  will be pre-authorized on your credit card before or upon arrival. This incidental is released after check-out and typically returns to your account within 5–15 business days (processing times may vary by bank).
  • Full payment for the stay is collected at the time of booking the reservation.
  • An exception may be made for a $750.00 debit or cash deposit, provided the primary guest presents two (2) valid pieces of government-issued identification. This exception is only permitted with prior management approval.
  • If a valid credit card or ID from both the primary or secondary guest cannot be provided, the hotel reserves the right to refuse service or deny check-in.
  • For all reservations, including third-party bookings, the credit card used must match the primary guest’s name on the reservation.

Check-Out

  • Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
  • Late check-out is subject to availability and must be requested before 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
  • 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM: $39 + tax
  • After 2:00 PM: Full nightly rate

Photo ID & Age Requirements

  • The primary guest must be 19 years or older and must stay in the room.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all guests staying in the room. 

Taxes & Fees

  • Room charges are subject to 18.5% tax (5% GST, 8% PST, 3% MRDT & 2.5% ME MRDT).
  • Credit card payments are subject to a 2.4% processing fee.
  • Parking (must be booked in advance):
  • Outdoor parking: $65 + tax per night per vehicle
  • Underground parking: $85 + tax per night per vehicle

Pet Policy

  • Pets are not accepted at this time. Certified service dogs stay free of charge with proper documentation shown at check in.

Additional:

  • Dirty dishes left at check-out: $50 + tax
  • Luggage storage after check out:
    • Large luggage: $15 + tax each
    • Small luggage: $15 + tax each
    • Overnight storage: $15 + tax each per night
  • Extra occupants:
    • Children (12 years and Under): $15 + tax per night per child
    • Adults (12 years +): $25 + tax per night per adult
  • Rollaway bed: $25 + tax per night
  • Crib: $15 + tax per night
  • Electric vehicle charging: $20 + tax for 8 hours.

Room Occupancy

  • Maximum of 4 guests in:
    • Penthouse Suites- 6 guests
    • Robson Suites- 6 guests
    • Harbour Suites- 6 guests
    • Two-Queen Suites- 4 guest
    • Maximum of 2 guests in Bachelor Suites.

Cleaning Services

  • Full-service room cleaning is provided after every 3rd night at no additional charge. Please note that full-service cleaning is mandatory after every 3rd night of your stay. This ensures the cleanliness, hygiene and upkeep of our guest rooms.

Kitchen & Private Room Use

  • Kitchen and private room facilities are available free of charge.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Refundable reservations:
    • Free cancellation 60 days prior to arrival of check in date.
  • Any cancellation submitted less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will be 100% non-refundable. All reservations are non-changeable, non-transferable.
  • No-show:
    • The full reservation amount will be charged if the guest does not arrive for check-in after the scheduled check-in date.
  • Full prepayment required at time of booking reservation.
  • All reservations are non-changeable, non-transferable.

The cardholder must be present at check-in with the same credit card used for booking and matching photo ID.

Visitor & Noise Policy

  • Visitors are welcome between 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
  • Any visitor staying beyond these hours will be charged $25 + tax per person, per night.
  • To ensure a peaceful environment, disturbances affecting other guests may result in penalties or charges for loss of revenue.

Non-Smoking Policy

  • The hotel is a 100% smoke-free property, including all rooms, balconies, public areas, and parking lots.
  • A $250.00 + tax fumigation and cleaning fee, plus any associated revenue loss, will be charged for violations.
  • Any additional amenities or questions you may have can be requested through Divya Sutra Front Desk, where our team will be happy to assist you.
